My name is Leon and I am currently a third year mathematics PhD student at the University of Notre Dame supervised by Prof. Pavel Mnev. From August 2025 to June 2026 I am visiting Prof. Alberto Cattaneo's group at UZH supported by SwissMAP.

My academic focus sits at the intersection of mathematics and physics – especially topological quantum field theories and their relation to gravity. You can check out my publications here.
